After successful completion of this course, students can • explain inter-dependencies among various banking departments (e.g. Front Office vs. Back Office) • take team decisions, considering time constraints and competition among rivals • analyse revenue data, and take decisions in the team based on them • compare inter-dependencies between banking strategy, macro-economic trends, competitors, • identify customer preferences, thus increasing market share and profitability • assess the impact of decisions on liquidity management
