Abstract:

Vienna is characterized by social housing, but faces many challenges. The three-member team of experts analyses affordable housing from a social, economic and ecological perspective and evaluates urban development measures by means of socio-economic benefit analyses. Applied and interdisciplinary research will be closely linked to teaching as an integral part of this three-year project. The aim is to support innovative housing and teaching concepts, urban development, to promote internationalisation and to strengthen the position of the university of applied sciences.
