Prof.in (FH) Mag.a Iris SCHIRL-BÖCK

Head of degree programme

Iris Schirl-Böck heads the Master's degree programme "Project Management and Organisation" and "Project Management & Data Analytics" and, together with Andreas Nachbagauer and Edgar Weiss, is currently researching the possibilities of dealing with uncertainty and the unexpected in projects and project-oriented organisations on the basis of findings from human factors research.

The MA 23-funded research project (2016-2020) focuses on organisational management, the interaction between project team and organisation and teamwork itself. Recommendations for action for the design of suitable team, communication and decision-making processes are derived from this.
