Abstract

The competence team addresses growing challenges such as digitalisation, globalisation and demographic and institutional change with an interdisciplinary approach. Within the framework of teaching, subject-related and meta-disciplinary skills are taught in networked learning environments. Findings from the competence team's research are directly incorporated. This enables a future-orientated education that meets the requirements of dynamically changing professional fields.
