Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, the students can • describe approaches of traditional, agile and hybrid project management and identify different project phases • plan, realise and control projects and select suitable project management methods • understand the importance of project teams and select confidence-building measures with special regard to diversity in (virtual) teams • analyse specific challenges in virtual projects, select suitable approaches and methods of project management and suggest appropriate measures • apply methods of moderation, presentation and conflict resolution • critically relect on processes, roles and individual contributions to projects and project results
