Assessment methods and criteria
Continuous assessment: assignments, written elaboration of given questions, presentations. Assessment criteria: completeness, level of detail and complexity of answers, accuracy of solutions and results, compliance with formal criteria.

After successful completion of the course, students can • describe modern approaches and instruments of leadership theories (2), • lead personnel in the role of a manager and/or a project manager and choose the appropriate forms of communication (5), • identify the demands on managers in the face of digital change (2) and • apply agile management methods and forms of innovation management (3).
