Upon successful completion of the course, students can • name and explain contract logistics and its scope (1,2) • name and explain the basic legal framework for contract logistics solutions (1,2) • name and explain the contract logistics customer process (1,2) • name and explain organizational approaches for the implementation of contract logistics solutions (1,2) • analyze requirements for contract logistics services and develop requirement profiles on this basis (3,4) • model contract logistics processes qualitatively and quantitatively and determine necessary capacity requirements (3,4) • to model the intended contract logistics processes with cost factors and cost drivers and to make them variable (3,4) • explain and implement suitable controlling measures for contract logistics processes (2,3) • convert contract logistics solutions into suitable offers and present them (3,4)
