After successful completion of the course, students are able to
- define Business Development and know the main tasks of and tools for Business Development Management
- analyze the links between Business Development and strategy
- understand the link between creativity and innovation and are able to apply basic creativity methods in their BDM project
- apply lean management strategies
- apply the Business Model Canvas to develop new business models
- conceptualize and structure a BDM project, conduct the necessary analyses, and create a BDM concept
- design an abbreviated business plan for a BDM project
- present their project tailored to their relevant target group
