After successful completion of the module, the students can

  • assess civil law problems that arise in everyday business life in a well-founded manner,
  • communicate efficiently with legal advisors,
  • independently elaborate on the basics of commercial private law in legal questions of corporate and company law, banking contract law and capital market law and to apply them in typical business cases on a case-by-case basis.
