Learning outcome

The students will have a basic understanding of civil law, corporate law and civil proceedings as the basis of economic life. On successful completion of this course the students will be able to knowledgeably assess problems pertaining to civil law that occur in everyday economic life and to efficiently communicate with legal advisers.
