This course focuses on the following topics: - HR controlling basics: tools, target groups, tasks - Maturity models and differentiating factors - Deriving HR metrics out of HR processes - Data sources (e.g. HR Software Solutions) - Data analytics and quality assurance (incl. examples based on Microsoft Excel) - HR-Benchmarking and Business Intelligence - Practical examples from various organisations
