Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to discuss current developments and issues in the field of People and Culture management with representatives from companies, industry associations, or interest groups, describe country- and culture-specific differences in current challenges in People and Culture management, and reflect on the content of the Bachelor's program with regard to regional, country-specific, and cultural differences.
