After successful completion of the course, students can:

  • give clear and well-structured presentations on a familiar, business-related topic, and answer factual questions, taking into account intercultural characteristics
  • discuss the contents of a business plan and prepare sections for their own business idea utilizing appropriate vocabulary
  • understand the structure and contents of a business venture pitch
  • produce a well-structured pitch using the appropriate contents and communicative strategies
  • answer difficult questions related to their venture
  • read and discuss texts dealing with complex international economic and business topics
  • summarize and draw conclusions from these texts •Apply situation- and topic-appropriate vocabulary orally and in writing
  • correctly use basic and advanced English grammar.
