Lernergebnisse der Lehrveranstaltung

Graduates are able to name the objectives of European labor law and its means of regulation within the framework of the competence clauses; to discuss the existence of a European social model; to determine whether a case falls within the scope of European labor law; to examine whether the free movement of workers has been violated; to locate and expertly discuss leading decisions of the ECJ on labor law; and to delineate the national possibilities of regulation within the framework of Union law.
