On successful completion of this course, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of how to: - assess different theoretical perspectives of HRM, particularly on the employment relationship - to compare and criticize different scientific theories of HRM that allow them to successfully function as a manager in an international private, public or social-profit organization.
