ACADEMIC CSR-MANAGER

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) plays an increasingly greater role in many companies, organizations and non-profit associations. Neither companies, authorities nor NPOs can evade their social, economic and environmental responsibility. This increasingly requires professionals who can organize socially responsible and sustainable economic activities and implement CSR strategies.

This interdisciplinary course provides in-depth, hands-on training to prospective CSR managers and enables graduates to implement and realise strategies and measures for structured assumption of responsibility in businesses and organizations.

The FH BFI Vienna is a member of respACT (Austrian Business Council for Sustainable Development) and member of the UN Global Compact UNGC.  “In the NGO sector in particular, the core mission itself is to be socially and ecologically sustainable. The Academic CSR Manager course has provided me with a toolkit with which I can strategically implement comprehensive CSR in any organization. The cross-industry exchange with the other participants is a valuable additional asset.“
