After successful completion of this course, students are able to:

  • explain and reflect on the general context of the digital transformation (VUCA world)
  • explain the influence of new technologies on organizations and are able to analyze potential impacts of digitalization and digital transformation on the workplace
  • understand functionalities and application scenarios of agile methods in terms of New Work and are able to apply them in their work
  • take different perspectives on the influence and effects of workplace transformation.
