Assessment method: continuous assessment (49 %, written paper, presentation) and written final examination (51 %). Assessment criteria: Completeness, degree of detail and complexity of the answer, correctness of the solution and results, compliance with formal criteria.

Lernergebnisse der Lehrveranstaltung

After successful completion of the course, students can • name and explain the tasks and methods of business modelling (1), • explain basic types of business models with relevance for the logistics and transport industry (2), • assess the relevance of current trends and drivers for the further development of business models in the logistics industry, • use simple business modelling methods to formalise and communicate business models (3), • analyse and evaluate existing business models qualitatively and quantitatively (4, 5), • independently develop simple business models specially for logistics, supply chain management, transport and traffic and plan their implementation (6).
