After successful completion of this course, students can:
- identify the different types of networks and clusters and explain them so that the different roles and tasks of people in all types of networks can be described,
- select and develop appropriate communication strategies in non-virtual and virtual networks and align them with the corporate strategy,
- compare and combine the various social networks on the web for themselves and for the company.
