HR Information Systems

Lehrinhalte

• Overview and classification of software systems in HR Management (HR information systems and e-HRM-systems), including underlying technologies and architectures • Fundamentals of requirements engineering in the form of concepts, processes, methods and artefacts (e.g. user stories, use-case-diagrams, requirement and functional specification, functional and non-functional software requirements, evaluations) • Procedure models and fundamental principles of software engineering (e.g. waterfall model, agile methods) • Fundamentals of the modelling of software performance (e.g. process modelling with business process modelling language, BPMN) and software design/architecture (e.g. domain- class diagrams of UML and entity-relationship modelling) • Requirements analysis and evaluation for the introduction of HR information systems based on examples and usage scenarios (e.g. with the method of qualitative weight and sum) • Exemplary functional configurations and application of selected HR information systems
