Lernergebnisse der Lehrveranstaltung

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to • explain relevant terms and concepts in the context of ‘Digitalisation’, ‘Digital Transformation’ and ‘human-centric digital transformation’ as well as their relationships and map real-world companies’ digitalisation activities to these concepts, • explain the peculiarities of ‘Digital Business Models’ and their differences to traditional business models and apply concepts for structuring and describing their ingredients in the analysis of business approaches of real-world companies, • describe selected approaches for the digital transformation of business models, explain their underlying rationales and compare selected approaches, and • explain major challenges associated with building up ‘digital business leadership’ and systematically identify and analyse the requirements and fields of action for managing the digital transformation of an organization.
