After successful completion of the course, students can • explain the embedding of the processes of logistical fulfilment and their individual processes, e. g. goods receipt, storage/retrieval, picking, packaging, shipping • name and explain them in the context of the entire e-commerce process (from marketing to invoice control and customer care) (1,2) • name (1) and explain (2) important terms and concepts of electronic commerce and related logistical concepts and then analyse practical e-commerce and fulfilment applications (4)
