The registration for the online Career Fair is done via Jobteaser with a Jobteaser account. Information on data privacy can be found on the Jobteaser website.

The Career Fair 2020 will be held by the UAS BFI Vienna online via MS Teams.

Controller of data processing:

The UAS BFI Vienna, Wohlmutstrasse 22, 1020 Vienna, datenschutz@fh-vie.ac.at, processes as a controller the personal data which you provided in the course of your registration via Jobteaser.

Purposes and legal basis of the possessing:

The data processing is carried out for the purpose of organising and holding the Career Fair 2020. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6/1/a GDPR). You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to provide this data and can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons. In the event of revocation, any further processing of the data collected up to this point must be stopped immediately. The lawfulness of the processing of your data until revocation remains unaffected by your revocation.

Recipients of your personal data:

Your personal data will be processed by employees of the UAS BFI Vienna and passed on to Microsoft USA ("Teams"; data disclosure to third countries: USA; privacy.microsoft.com). In addition, your data will be forwarded to those companies for which you have registered for interviews at the Career Fair, provided that you have given your consent for this within your registration.

Storage period of your personal data:

We will only process the data you provided for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and as required by applicable law.

Your rights as a person concerned:

You have the right to rectification, right of access, erasure, restriction of processing, to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, under the conditions specified in the corresponding provisions.
