Learning outcome

The graduates will be familiar with the terminology as well as the modelling and analysis of operations management with a focus on process management, quality management, capacity management and inventory management. The graduates will have the competencies and skills to analyse and develop possible solutions (using analytical methods and quantitative models) for operational performance problems. The graduates will be equipped with, in particular the expertise to identify, evaluate and reduce uncertainties and risks in process management, while being able to create protection against them.
