After successfully completing this course, students will be able to • outline the premises and research traditions of individual approaches and from that derive the strengths and weaknesses of the approaches outlined, • observe their own role in an organization from different perspectives and explain it with theoretical models, • analyze specific organizations and decisions in organizations from the perspective of different theoretical conceptions, and • deduce consequences for management behavior from that.
