Learning outcome

At the completion of the course, the students should be able to apply practically relevant models and concepts of human resources management and competent to run HR processes. They would be able to differentiate and choose between various styles of leadership and management models and apply them within their own roles in the company. In addition, the students should have the skills to work in and for highly diversified management teams.
