Learning outcome
After successful completion of this course, students are able to:
- explain and reflect on the general context of the digital transformation (VUCA world)
- explain the influence of new technologies on organizations and are able to analyze potential impacts of digitalization and digital transformation on the workplace
- understand functionalities and application scenarios of agile methods in terms of New Work and are able to apply them in their work
- take different perspectives on the influence and effects of workplace transformation.
