Learning outcome

After successful completion of this course, students can • systematically analyse the cost structures and costing process of a company • prepare an integrated budget • draw up reports on cost variations • evaluate the application of various cost management tools • assess the consequences of different transfer price regimes • help develop constructive, strategy-based recommendations for a sustainable improvement of the costing process. The learning outcomes of this course contribute mainly to the following (international) programme learning outcomes: LO 3.2. LO 5.1.
