Learning outcome

The student will have a fundamental understanding of logistics, contract logistics as well as warehouse management and the corresponding technical, legal and commercial framework. She / He will be aware of the specific requirements of road, rail, sea and air freight, will be able to join them for optimal (international) transport chains and is familiar with the contractual and calculatory procedures as well as procedures regarding tax laws and permits. The students will be familiar with services, procedures and contract models (the relationship between service provider and client) in logistics.
