After successful completion of the module, students can • name and explain the theoretical fundamentals, concepts and practices of international HR Management (HRM) • illustrate connections between different internationalisation strategies of multinational corporations (MNCs) and HRM and describe concepts of the transnational transfer of HRM practices • identify special challenges and action fields for unique HRM practices and develop solution approaches for the problems of international HR Management • analyse different organisational forms of HRM in the international context and compare the most important roles, responsibilities and competence requirements of HR professionals in international companies
