Introduction and overview of ERP systems, getting started with SAP, surface and navigation, module F1 (accounting - master data and assessment), main bookkeeping, account receivables accounting, account payables accounting, module MM (purchasing and inventory), master data in MM, the purchasing process, MM evaluation, integration with FI and CO, module SD (sales and distribution), master data in SD, the sales and distribution process, SD evaluation, integration with FI, CO and MM, module CO (controlling - master data, the assessment and integration with other modules), cost types accounting, cost centre accounting, cost unit accounting.

After the successful completion of this course, the students should be in a position to confidently navigating the SAP graphic user interface (GUI) and be up to date with the latest SAP systems and their functions. In addition the students will be able to define the relevant SAP terms and concepts, effectively use the output, job and administrative tools and quickly create reports without problems. Students should also be in the position to perform fundamental processes particularly, account receivables in SAP R/3. Following the course students can be certified of their SAP skills (Foundation Level, FI Debiting Accounts) by the University of Applied Sciences of bfi Vienna.
