After successful completion of this course, students are familiar with different types of organisational structures that can be found in practice (functional organisation, specialised organisation, matrix organisation) as well as with their advantages and disadvantages and can prepare and implement personnel management decisions in companies (e.g., staff selection, staff development, staff motivation, staff release, etc.). The learning outcomes of this course contribute mainly to the following (international) programme learning outcomes: LO 3.4.
