After the completion of the course, the students will be able to explain the most important tools and methods of modern project management and apply them to real-world problems, as well as being able to be part of projects as project team members or take over the role of a project manager successfully. In addition, students will be able to participate in the certification process as Junior Project Managers (IPMA Level D).
