After successful completion of the module, students can • have a clear vision of the leadership role and the associated challenges in light of the digital framework conditions • have a differentiated approach when it comes to the associated new roles in the field of “New World – New Work” • use different consulting and intervention possibilities if leaders face conflicts in digital change processes • differentiate between organisational, group-related and individual challenges with regard to leadership • reflect on which organisational forms and associated corporate cultures can foster digitalisation • take on different consulting roles in the field of HR • select different consulting approaches in the consulting process in digital change processes • select and apply suitable coaching approaches to meet the needs of different customers • use different consulting methods depending on the situation • handle role conflicts of internal consulting
