Learning outcome

After successfully completing the course, the students will know where they can use coaching, which criteria for the right coaching are essential. They are able to design a coaching process, they know in which situations during change processes or projects coaching is helpful. Further on they will have awareness of the difference between coaching, consulting and other forms of organisational and individual support.
