MSC WORK AND ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY & HR MANAGEMENT

The MSc degree programme Work and Organisational Psychology and HR Management is offered in cooperation with the Austrian Academy of Psychology (AAP), subject to approval by the FH Supervisory Council.

The three-semester master degree programme combines interdisciplinary competences through innovative HR management methods with selected tools of work and organizational psychology and the relevant methods of management, business administration and law. This creates a unique approach for successful companies and their employees across various disciplines.

In a dynamic and volatile environment companies are invited to permanently challenge and adapt their strategies and value chains in order to maintain their competitive best. It is not only companies that change but also the people who work in them. A successful meeting of tasks and requirements takes experts who can successfully guide the necessary business, strategic and implementation processes and whose focus is on both, the individual and the organisation.

With the MSc degree programme Work and Organisational Psychology and HR Management the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna (FH des BFI Wien) engages in innovative routes in terms of interdisciplinary curricular design within the higher education landscape. The interdisciplinary teaching of occupational, organisational and economic-psychological methods along with business know-how represents the USP of this master degree Programme.

Costs: € 3.320 / semester (VAT-exempt). Instalment payments are feasible on request. Subsidies are possible for prospective students with a principal residence in Vienna.

Study periods: Fri afternoon / Sat all-day, 2-week intervals, 1 block week Mon-Sat all-day / semester

Admission requirements: a recognised academic degree or multiannual equivalent professional experience, a good command of German, written application, admission interview.
