The master degree programme "Strategic HR Management in Europe" will start in September 2012.
The graduates can:
- analyse and plan HR in international enterprises from a strategic vantage point
- implement structures which can address the required staff in a market-adequate way, and which can create long-term loyalty (Employer Branding, Talent Management, Demographic Management, Worklife-Balance, modern Compensation Management)
- initiate and manage change in HR successfully
- manage international and intercultural HR processes successfully
- analyse European and international labour market policies from a strategic perspective, and design concepts of strategic change
- run projects in European and international labour market policies successfully

Academic degree: Master of Arts in Business, MA
Admission procedure: written application, MC test, structured interview
Exchange semester: optionally in the second and third semester, at the HTW Berlin (University of Applied Sciences; Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik Berlin), when a Double Degree is sought

Deadline for applicants outside European Union: 15 March (due to Visa restrictions)
Duration of studies: 4 semesters

Tuition fees: € 363.36 pro Semester (+ € 17 Austrian Students Union fee)
Number of study places: 40 part-time (work-and-study) / year
Study periods: three evenings a week and Saturdays 9am-4pm
Admission requirements: completion of a social studies / business / law degree, certified qualifications in business administration and management (16 ECTS), law (8 ECTS), English competence level: C1 in the Common European Framework of References (CEFR)
