The Project “Strengthening Higher Education in the Sphere of Finance in Siberia and the Far East of Russia” (EduSFE)

The FH BFI Vienna is a partner in the Tempus project „Strengthening Higher Education in the Sphere of Finance in Siberia and the Far East of Russia” (EduSFE) which is funded by the European Commission. The project runs from 2013 to 2016 and is coordinated by the Tomsk State University in Russia. The central aim of the project is the redesign of master programmes in Finance at five Russian universities in line with the Bologna process. In addition double degree programmes between the consortium members in the EU and Russia will be developed. The FH BFI Vienna participates with the master programme “International Banking and Finance”.

 The project consortium consists of the following institutions:

  7. Technical University of Kosice (Slovakia)
  8. Zabaikalskiy State University (Russia)
  9. East Siberia State University of Technology and Management (Russia)
  10. University of Coimbra (Portugal)

The renowned EU programme Tempus focuses on the modernisation of higher education institutions and higher education systems in the EU's wider neighbourhood (Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Western Balkans and the Mediterranean region).
