TECHNICAL SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

Andrea Kamleitner, Student University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna
One of the advantages of this degree programme is the information exchange among working students. The varied curriculum stimulates cross-linked and interdisciplinary thinking.

In my opinion the programme has been successful as students understand the customers' requirements and needs, can offer qualified advice and sell successfully. The success lies in putting yourself into and remaining in your customers' shoes!
