In my opinion the programme has been successful as students understand the customers' requirements and needs, can offer qualified advice and sell successfully. The success lies in putting yourself into and remaining in your customers' shoes!

The programme in brief:
Academic degree: Bachelor of Arts in Business, BA
Admission procedure: interview, MC test
Admission requirements: school-leaving exams (Austrian and foreign equivalent; if the certificate was obtained at a technical college you can have credits for some courses), completed secondary vocational school, or apprenticeship (additional exams in English and mathematics required)
Deadline for applications: 31 May part-time
Duration of studies: 6 semesters
